Chef Michael earned a spot on the American Pizza team when he ranked #3 Best Pizza at the American Pizza Challenge, last October, 2013. The team is comprised of only 20 members. He was selected to represent America in Pizza at the International Pizza challenge held in Italy, April 2014. Wish him luck!
