Chef Michael earned a spot on the American Pizza team when he ranked #3 Best Pizza at the American Pizza Challenge, last October, 2013. The team is comprised of only 20 members. He was selected to represent America in Pizza at the International Pizza challenge held in Italy, April 2014. Wish him luck!

We placed #3 Best Pizza in the United States at the PMQ American Pizza Challenge held in Las Vegas, NV in October, 2013. We competed with our Michaela pizza, named after Chef Michael's 4 year old daughter. It is our homemade, hand tossed dough topped with a traditional red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, red onion, apple wood smoked bacon, jalapenos, fresh garlic, sweet pineapple, and fresh cilantro. A flavor explosion!!!
